Windward Software is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 12-month, full-time (Monday to Friday) contract starting May 15th latest to cover a maternity leave in our Penticton, BC office. There may be potential for transitioning into a permanent position.
You will be part of an administrative team responsible for providing customer service, assistance to our sales team, as well as support to our Human Resources department. Administration experience in a fast-paced environment, an ability to multi-task and an attention to detail are a must.
In addition, experience in Human Resources is considered an asset, as this role will support the HR department with reporting, reconciling (using Excel spreadsheets), recruiting and Health & Safety.
Working under the direction of the Human
Resources Manager, the successful applicant has a strong work ethic, a
professional presentation and a “get it done” attitude.
A valid driver's license is also required.
