Emergency Support Request

Please use this form only in Emergency Situations 

The following situations qualify for Emergency Support:
    • Entire System Down
    • Unable to take payment
    • Cannot log into System Five
    • Recovering from a Power Outage
    • Suspected Security Event

Be as descriptive as possible so we can resolve your problem efficiently.

  • Upon successfully clicking the "SEND" button on the emergency form, you will receive an email from our ticketing system with a tracking number.
  • You can sign in to the customer care portal to add additional information or track your ticket's progress.

If your issue does not meet the criteria above...please submit a ticket using the Customer Care Portal
