Commission and SPIF targets by category
Optional
#
Only pay commission when margin is hit
Profit and margin targets are applied per main inventory category, and a salesperson earns commission or SPIF in a category only when both the total profit and the margin percentage meet or beat the target. Targets set to zero are ignored.
Ranking Sales Reports
Optional
#
Rank our best and worst sellers
A two-stage analysis: one calculation pass over invoices in a date range, then any number of rankings from best to worst by quantity, total or profit across invoices, customers, salespeople, suppliers, inventory items and categories, with a graph view. Zero-value records can be pre-loaded so non-sellers appear.
Returns treatment in commission
Optional
#
Stop paying commission on returned goods
Three explicit rules govern returns: ignore returns entirely, include returns in sales, profit and cost totals but pay gross commission, or deduct returned items from every figure to produce true net sales, profit and commission.
Sales by Salesperson analysis
Optional
#
See who on the floor is selling
Reports sales by salesperson and department in summary or detail, splitting labor, rental revenue and amounts booked to G/L codes from merchandise, excluding tax, with double-click through to the invoice. Invoices raised by non-salespeople, former salespeople or deleted users are colour-coded.
Salesperson Commission Report
Optional
#
Pay the sales team what they earned
Calculates sales and commission per clerk with invoice, category detail and category summary views, optional serial numbers and split-commission calculation. Commission type is inherited from setup and shown for reference.
SPIFs Paid Report
Optional
#
Pay the spiffs on the right items
Reports payable SPIFs for items flagged as spifable on the inventory record, with options to exclude discounted items, credit the customer's assigned salesperson instead of the invoice salesperson, include work orders, and apply profit or margin targets per main category.
