Not only can the Windward System Five track all the work done for a given customer, the actual pool, spa or BBQ serviced can also be recorded on the invoice, allowing a complete repair or installation history. If the customer purchases a service contract, you can find the customer name by searching for the serial number on the piece of equipment or pump. In addition to just tracking the equipment, the system will allow you to enter: serial number - make - model - year - last serviced - and more. Perfect for verifying warranties!
Labor Tracking for Technician Efficiency
When labor is added to an invoice, you can specify the Technician that performed the work, the number of hours worked, and the number of hours (or mins) billed. Occasionally, the time spent and the time billed might be different, and by gathering this information, you will be able to produce technician productivity reports.
