Maintenance Contracts and Cloud Subscriptions
Windward Software offers Maintenance Contracts to our On-Premise (System Five) customers and Subscriptions for our Cloud (System Five on Cloud) customers. Both include support, updates, and access to webinars and training resources, but other services differ between Maintenance and Subscription. For Cloud customers, a Subscription is required to continue using the platform. Please see your Sales and Service Agreement or contact your Account Manager for clarification.
