Grouped field library
Optional
#
Put any field you need on a form
Fields are picked from a grouped tree covering clerk, company, credit card, customer, dates, delivery, free-form fields, invoice, job costing, pre-authorisation, rental, shipping, ship-to, taxes, tender, totals, units and verification data, including fifty company free-form fields and a company logo.
Item images on invoices and purchase orders
Optional
#
Show a photo beside each line item
A picture assigned to an inventory item can be added as a printed column on the invoice design, so line items appear with their photograph.
Line-item column control
Optional
#
Choose the columns on printed invoices
Line-item grids are built by moving fields between an available list and a columns list, with editable printed captions, column order, font, colour, decimal places, lines, shading, borders and size fields, plus printed column totals and averages.
Multi-page form layouts
Optional
#
Print long invoices across tidy pages
Any form can be single page, or a multi-page design with distinct first-of-n, middle-of-n and last-of-n page layouts, each with its own header, item, footer and totals sections. The middle layout is only used from three pages up.
Part summary suppression
Optional
#
Hide line detail and print one total
Nominated part numbers are kept off the line-item section entirely and printed only as a total in the totals block. Entering every possible leading character hides all line items and prints parts as a single summary figure.
Parts and labour separation
Optional
#
Show parts and labour separately on the bill
Selecting separate parts and labour splits the printed document into two independently configured line sections, so parts columns and labour columns need not match.
Per-design print behaviour options
Optional
#
Control what each printed invoice shows
Each invoice design carries its own switches: summarise quantities for pick lists, print hidden inventory items, print ledger account numbers, print technician information, explode static or dynamic kit contents, and sort printed lines by location, category or description.
Six document designers
Optional
#
Make our paperwork look like ours
Separate WYSIWYG designers cover cheques, invoices, purchase orders, receiving reports, receipt-on-account receipts and statements, each exposing only the data valid for that document, with unlimited named designs per type.
