Batch invoice print tree
Optional
#
Print office copies on different forms
A second, independent invoice tree governs bulk internal printing, so printing a large batch of invoices for the office uses different forms and printers than customer-facing printing.
Claim check printing
Optional
#
Give the customer a ticket for their item
A nominated invoice sub-type prints a purpose-built claim-check form in two copies whenever claim check is selected at point of sale, one for the customer's wallet and one attached to the customer's item.
Invoice sub-types
Optional
#
Know which till or channel raised a sale
Twenty-six sub-types, one per letter, sit under each invoice main type and can be defaulted per terminal, so invoices can be traced back to the till or channel that raised them and reported on by source.
Invoice Tree print routing
Optional
#
Send each invoice to the right printer
Maps each invoice type to a form design and to a specific printer by dragging items onto a tree, either globally from station zero or terminal by terminal. Also controls which invoice types are even offered at each till.
PDF attachments on printed documents
Optional
#
Print the extra paperwork with every invoice
A PDF file dropped into the invoice tree as a child of a form prints automatically alongside that form, on the same run.
Per-terminal printer roles
Optional
#
Set which printer does what at each till
Each installed Windows printer on a terminal can be flagged as slip printer, default label printer, cheque printer, report printer or barcode printer, and the order printers appear in the selection dialogs is set separately for reports, cheques, labels and receipt-on-account receipts.
