Optional

Back Office Signature Viewing Optional #

Pull up a signature from the back office

Stations without a capture device can be permitted to view stored signatures.

Signature Printed on the Document Optional #

Show the signature on the printed copy

Non-legal capture modes show the captured signature on the PDF and print it with the document, on supported pen pads and payment terminals.

Signed Card Slips and Invoice Signatures Optional #

Find the signed slip when a card is disputed

Credit card slips can be signed electronically where the merchant agreement permits, with the signature stored locally and never transmitted to the processor. Statements can print the last signature from an invoice, and every signed document for an invoice is listed from the invoice options menu.

Tamper-Evident Signed Documents Optional #

Prove the signed document was not altered

In legal mode the electronic document generates an encrypted key and the signature is encrypted against that document rather than embedded in it. If either the document or the signature file is altered, the signature no longer displays, showing the document existed unchanged at the moment of signing. The signature prints separately from the document.
