Reach out on the right day

See everyone's bookings in one place
Appointment types carry configurable activities and higher-level purposes, tasks can be colour coded in the task book, business hours are marked and used to set the default scroll position, and management can see every user's appointments in one view.
Stop booking work on a full day
A date can be right-clicked and marked as full so no further bookings are taken against it.
Plan the week deliveries separately
Deliveries have their own calendar view running the same day-count and hover-preview behaviour as the appointment calendar, so scheduled drops are planned separately from other appointments.
Print staff badges in house
Employee labels are designed in the Employee Label Designer and printed from the employee record.
Keep staff details in one place
Employee records hold contact details, comments, free-form comments, lookup words and a photograph, maintained from an employee list with add, edit and delete.
Know the hours staff actually worked
Employees clock on and off by name or employee number, stopping and restarting the clock through the day for breaks and lunch; in secure mode each employee sees only their own time sheet.
Message staff without leaving the system
Staff send and receive messages inside System Five over the local network with no internet connection required, with file attachments, sent and received folders, reply and forward, and a pop-up plus audible alert on arrival. Invoices, purchase orders and lease applications can be mailed to another user for action.
Never miss a booked appointment
Pending appointments raise a popup at login with dismiss or snooze, and activity selection can be made mandatory on every new task so reporting stays consistent.
See everyone bookings for the day
A month calendar highlights days holding appointments in yellow and today in red, shows counts of timed appointments circled and untimed reminders in brackets, previews the day on hover, and can be filtered to the users whose tasks you want to see.
Total staff hours for the pay run
Time sheets are listed per employee per day for a chosen date range with total time for the period, and can be filtered to time signed in against a specific department.
Get an urgent message to everyone now
An urgent message can be pushed to all users currently signed in, or a selected subset, and appears on their screens within five seconds.
