Print the shipping label as you invoice
Part shipping labels print automatically from the invoice window, with the label design chosen per terminal and printing enabled or disabled per terminal, combined with a shipping label rule set on each inventory item.
Hand shipping data to UPS and FedEx
Invoice, customer and shipping address data is exported to UPS as a CSV file and to FedEx as XML, keyed by the invoice unique and invoice number.
Change what goes to the shipping file
The UPS export is driven by an XSL transformation file, so the fields and layout written to the shipment file can be changed without changing the application.
Ship parcels without retyping addresses
Invoice shipping details are exported to a CSV file that UPS WorldShip imports, with address logic that uses the shipping contact address and falls back to the customer record.
