Bank reconciliation with online banking import
Optional
#
Reconcile the bank without keying every line
Reconcile any bank ledger account against posted, unposted, voided, cleared and outstanding transactions, importing an Open Financial Exchange file (and legacy QIF) downloaded from the bank with a matching utility that pairs bank lines to ledger transactions. Closing a statement locks it, and cleared items dated in the future roll into the next statement with a warning.
Cheque register
Optional
#
See every cheque and the running balance
The same view as the reconciliation plus unposted transactions and a running register balance, with the ability to load and inspect any previously closed statement.
Per-department bank accounts
Optional — Departments
#
Reconcile each branch's bank account separately
Departments can share one bank account or hold their own; where they hold their own, the reconciliation asks which department's account to reconcile or lets you reconcile them all against a single statement.
Reconciliation report set
Optional
#
Give the accountant the reconciliation they need
Four report formats — cheque register, summary, summary with outstanding detail, and full detail — plus an accountants' month-end reconciliation report, each carrying beginning and ending balances and counts and totals of cleared and outstanding payments and deposits.
