Conflict status at point of sale
Optional — Rental
#
See a double-booking as it happens
A rental line whose requested quantity exceeds availability shows a Conflict status button on the invoice; clicking it opens the reason in a Conflict Information panel, also shown on the invoice Rental Times tab. Conflict popups can be shown or suppressed by setting.
Conflicts report with part filtering
Optional — Rental
#
Work through every clash before pickup
The Conflicts tab lists over-booked items for a date range in Conflicts Only or Invoice Details mode, filterable to a single part or a part range, with conflicting invoices shown in red against black.
Deliberate over-booking with conflict reporting
Optional — Rental
#
Take the booking and sort the shortfall
Bookings beyond available quantity are permitted rather than blocked, and every resulting clash is surfaced in a Conflicts report so staff can sub-contract, buy, move retail stock into the rental pool or substitute closer to pickup.
Estimate versus reserving work order
Optional — Rental
#
Quote without tying up the kit
A rental quote can be issued as an estimate, which holds nothing, or as a work order, which actually reserves the items. An estimate is converted to a work order and re-checked for conflicts when the customer commits.
Reservation calendar and availability check
Optional — Rental
#
See what is free for those dates
A reservation is built by entering a start date and a duration or end date against a rental category tree; the Availability column fills as categories are expanded, and the setting persists between sessions.
Visual booking schedule grid
Optional — Rental
#
See the whole fleet's bookings at once
The Schedule tab plots bookings for the selected items as coloured blocks — one column per unit of quantity, time of day or dates down the side — viewable by day, week, month or year.
