A maintenance item can be forced on a specific unit, setting the Req Maintenance column to Y so the machine is flagged as due regardless of its normal time or meter interval.
Match the service plan to each machine
Each unit record has a Preventative Maintenance tab where the applicable schedules are ticked for that specific machine, so two identical models on different duty cycles can carry different maintenance programmes.
Log the service and reset the clock
Completed maintenance is recorded on the unit record with the Record Maintenance button on the day the work was done, resetting the schedule and building a maintenance history.
Bring customers back in for service
Selecting a maintenance type on a unit and clicking Service Reminder creates a dated reminder, either one machine at a time or in bulk from the Unit List report.
