Attach unit detail to the invoice
Optional — Units

Tie the job to the right machine
The invoice's Units tab associates the machine's make, model, licence, serial and other detail captured at receiving with the sale or work order, and can force a unit to be identified before a work order can be created.
Sell a unit with serial selection
Optional — Units
#
Record which machine left the yard
A unit sells like any other stock line, but the quantity field opens a serial picker so the specific machine leaving the yard is recorded against the invoice, with discounting, comments and technician labour all still available.
Trade allowance and trade variable
Optional — Units
#
Keep the over-allowance off the customer copy
The difference between the book value assigned to a trade and the trade value actually given to the customer is posted as a trade allowance against a dedicated non-inventory part, with the forms designer able to suppress that detail from the customer's copy.
Trade in a previously sold item
Optional — Units
#
Take back a machine you sold before
A serial number previously sold can be shown and re-selected on an invoice by ticking Show Sold, and the resulting line is flagged with a [Tra] extension on the part number.
Trade-in on a unit sale
Optional — Units
#
Take a machine in trade without wrecking margins
A used machine can be taken in trade on the sale of a new one, with the trade routed through alternate ledger accounts and a clearing account so revenue and cost of goods are not distorted by the trade transaction.
