See every job done on that machine
Every invoice and work order relating to a unit is saved against both the unit record and the customer record, so all parts and labour performed on that machine over time can be viewed from one place.
Give every machine a number staff remember
Alongside the supplier's long serial number, each unit carries a shorter internal unit number using your own numbering scheme, and the system checks a newly entered unit number against existing records for duplicates.
Keep one record per machine
A unit record identifies a single machine by serial number, unit number, make, model, year, meter reading and tyre and battery counts, and is linked to an inventory part number.
Find a machine fast at the counter
Units can be found by serial number, unit number, owner, make, model or part number, from either the inventory side or directly at point of sale, with a customisable results grid and a Recent list.
Track the details each machine type needs
A unit type is chosen at setup — vehicle, truck, bus, appliance, computer and others — and each type changes which field names appear, so a vehicle shows mileage where an appliance does not. Field names can be customised per unit type.
