Capture size, colour and options per sale
Modifiers capture per-sale option choices such as size, colour, trim or plan. Integrated options fold their cost and price into the line as comments; non-integrated options appear as separate parts with their own charges.
Sell by metre, litre or kilo
Quantities carry decimals for goods sold by foot, metre, square yard, litre, weight or time, with configurable decimal precision. Weighed items trigger the connected electronic scale when added to the sale.
Print special instructions on the invoice
Each line carries a comment that prints beneath the item, drawn from predefined comment topics, plus up to ten freeform comment fields per line that print on invoice forms, labels and shipping part labels and export in invoice XML.
Sell a one-off part without an item record
Miscellaneous parts let you sell items bought in for one job without creating inventory records, priced either at wholesale cost or as a percentage of retail, and reconciled later against the supplier's bill. They can be special ordered and appear on the required orders report.
