A delivery is booked directly from the transaction into the appointments calendar with date, time, contact and an assigned driver, or left unassigned for later dispatch, and edited from the same place.
Email the invoice before they leave
Invoices are emailed to the customer as plain text, HTML or PDF from the transaction itself, using customisable subject and body templates.
Ship to wherever the customer says
Goods can ship to the customer's default address, a named contact address or an entirely different customer, with ship-via options and container and part labels printed from the transaction.
Send the goods to the right address
Goods can be shipped to another customer record already in the system, or to a typed address, with a pre-built list of shipping methods and addresses to pick from, and the sold-to details copied automatically when no shipping address is given.
